The past 3 months have been a bit of a journey and learning curve for me. Since moving into my new studio and gallery space I have been trying to get a work flow. Setting up stations for painting in both oil and acrylic and trying to create a system that works best for me. It’s taken a while but I’m finally settling in.
I have been focusing all of my efforts recently on creating a new collection of paintings for a whole range of upcoming events starting in July with Art in the Pen in Thirsk. This is a new event for me. It’s a difficult one to get into and I have tried and failed in the past so I was delighted to find out I had been successful with both Art in the Pen events the other being in Skipton 10th & 11th August.
